In order to do this, we provide an in-house Claims Team with a 24 hour claims helpline because we feel no one else can manage your claim as well as we do. Our dedicated team is based in our Leeds office. The team has a wealth of experience in the insurance claims field and are very willing to not only help with the reporting of claims but also to provide back up and advice from first notification to the settlement of a claim - A "Very Personal" service.
